Peak season fills first
Late spring through early fall is peak season for weddings and outdoor events, and the most popular Saturdays book out months in advance. The most in-demand trailers — the four-to-six station signature suites — are the first to go on those dates. If your event falls in this window, treat early booking as part of securing your venue, not a separate errand for later.
Recommended lead times
- Weddings and peak-season events: 3 to 6 months ahead, ideally as soon as your date and venue are confirmed.
- Corporate events and galas: 2 to 3 months, longer for large or multi-day programs.
- Off-season and weekday events: 4 to 6 weeks is often workable, though earlier is always safer.
- Emergency and last-minute needs: we keep capacity in reserve — call us and we will do everything we can.
What booking early gets you
Reserving ahead does more than guarantee availability. It locks in your preferred trailer tier, gives you time to plan styling and attendant service properly, and lets logistics — access, power, placement — be sorted calmly rather than under pressure. Early bookings simply produce better events.
